On the Border Mexican Grill & Cantina

We put in a catering order from this spot local to our office and were very pleased with the experience! Freshly prepared, tasty, food options on the menu. The manager was very accommodating in customizing a little for our needs and to keep us in budget. I was on a tight schedule that day, so really appreciated having the pick up ready on time. I will definitely keep this place in mind for lunch some time soon and that is as high an endorsement as I can give because I am usually not that impressed with most Mexican restaurants. (Tijuana Flats folks, feel my pain)!

I love On The Border but was disappointed this time around. Chips and salsa were great, but our food order came mixed. Great atmosphere, though, sitting by the bar and watching sports. I'll go back and hopefully have a better food experience.

The service is good, the drinks and food are authentic and the chips are better than other Mexican themed restaurants I have visited. Beware, the salsa is very authentically spicy.Kudos to our server, Mirella!

Service from Marila is the best. She is very efficient, attentive, quick and accurate down to the detail. We will come back to this place because service is great and drinks are good.

The place serves big dishes and for convenient pricing. super friendly staff members. 5 stars from me.

The service was great! Knowing it was very busy, the server brought large bowls of chips and salsa to the table to hold us over while we waited for our entrees so we didn't have to keep chasing her down for refills. Smart.The size of the entrees were on the smaller side but it was enough considering they gave out free chips.Overall, it was a great experience. The best part had to be the brownie dessert!

I expected much more! Staff was very nice and friendly, we asked for a different table when we sat down and they found one immediately. We waited for ordered food for 30-40 minutes, which I consider to be a long wait for places like that. Most of the dishes we tried looked good but tasted not so good. My steak was burnt a little, and I couldn't really add anything to my tacos because they were falling apart. Lastly we got items in our receipt that we didn't order. I don't recommend this place. There is a better options for Mexican cuisine in that area.
